My role: founding curator & director of curatorial affairs

In October 2022 we officially opened the Institute of Contemporary Art San Francisco. A brand new, free, contemporary art museum in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco.

As the Founding Curator and Director of Curatorial Programs, I spearheaded the creative programs for the institution. This included art exhibitions, community programs, food and beverage program, and student projects. I was also part of managing the operational production including architectural layout and way finding, and oversaw branding and design including website, graphic design, and marketing.

My main focus was developing the creative direction and community engagement of the museum. I did this through developing multiple program series, curating exhibition, and building a strong, creative, and diverse team.
